Tenant Parking
We "tow" non-stickered cars to ensure our tenants a parking space. Prior to using a towing service we were unable to protect their right to a parking space causing frustration for both management and car owners. It is important to understand that we "tow" to protect our tenants right to a parking space.
It is their responsibility to inform their guests of our policy.
