Student Refunds
We developed the "UTILITY DEPOSIT" concept to do two things:
1. Help our tenants assume some control over the cost of their education, and
2. Provide a financial incentive for resource conservation.
One of the unintended consequences of this program is that we have been able to move from coin-operated to non coin-operated washers and dryers in all of our units. See the Laundry Facilities page on this site.
