Utility Deposit
This is a deposit from which your share of utility costs will be deducted. The amount is based on historical data and we believe should be sufficient to cover your pro-rata share of your apartment's utility costs. Any balance in your account will be returned to you at the end of the contract period. If your use exceeds the deposit you will be billed for the excess. Our goal is to encourage conservation and allow us to keep your overall rent as low as possible.
Charged against your utilities account will be:
electricity, gas, Internet, cable TV, water, sewer, and garbage collection plus a 7% administrative fee.
